Sidney L. Alegre is a Broker licensed by the State of California and an attorney. She practices law in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration as well as in business law. In her practice she is often involved in real estate transactions and other real property matters. Additionally she is a co-owner of D.M. Alegre Construction, Inc., a general contracting firm which has been building residential and commercial projects in the Tracy area for over thirty years. This unique knowledge allows Alegre Real Estate, Inc. to provide superior service to their property owners and tenants.
Born and raised in Livermore, she has lived in Tracy thirty-five years.
She has three sons and is married to Tracy native, Dennis Alegre.
Sidney is very active in the community being a member of the Central Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, San Joaquin County Estate Planning Council, the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, San Joaquin County Bar Association, Tracy Inner Wheel, the Endowment Committee for the Grand Foundation and the Tracy Consortium for Higher Education. She continues to volunteer for the San Joaquin County Bar Association's Lawyers in the Library Legal Clinic program in Tracy. She is the founding member of the Tracy Hospital Foundation's Planned Giving Roundtable and a former board member of the Grand Foundation, the Central Valley Community Bank Advisory Board and the Fund Development Committee for the Hospice of San Joaquin. Sidney Alegre was named as Professional of the Year in 2007 by the Tracy Chamber of Commerce and has received the Best of Tracy - Best Attorney award the past fourteen years. |
